This lively wine is rich with aromas of ripe melon, citrus, green apple, and fresh herbs on the nose. The flavors on the palate are Kaffir lime, green papaya, honeydew melon and dried green herbs, interwoven with key lime cream. There is a strong mineral flavor and a dry finish.
