When you create an account or place an order, we collect your name, email address, phone number, and date of birth. For delivery orders we also collect the delivery address, and we keep a record of the items you order and your order history.

At pickup and at delivery we verify age with a handheld ID validator. It confirms that your government-issued ID is valid and that you are 21 or older. We do not keep images of your ID.

Payment card details are handled by our payment processor. They are never stored on our servers.

How We Use Your Information

We use your information to prepare, package, and complete your order, to contact you about an order or a special request, and to confirm eligibility to purchase alcohol as required by law.

If you create an account, we use your email to send order confirmations and account messages. We do not send marketing email unless you ask us to.

What Stays in Your Browser

Your shopping cart and your age confirmation are stored in your own browser, not on our servers. Clearing your browser data removes both. We use these only to keep your cart together between visits and to avoid asking about your age on every page.

Sharing

We share information only with the companies that help us run the store: our payment processor to charge your order, and our delivery drivers to bring an order to your address. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for advertising.

We may disclose information when the law requires it, including to confirm compliance with alcohol regulations.

Age Requirement

You must be 21 or older to use this site or place an order. We will refuse or cancel an order if age cannot be verified. Repeated missed deliveries may end delivery service to an address.

Keeping Your Information

We keep order records as long as we need them for sales, tax, and alcohol compliance purposes, then delete them. You can ask us to close your account at any time.
